The term "CAT" scan stands for Computerized Axial Tomography. This scan is a computerized x-ray that provides cross sectional anatomy pictures of any part of the body, thus aiding in diagnosis. The exam usually takes approximately 25-30 minutes.
 

 

JL: What are wireless electronic telemetry system(s) and associated electronic product(s) that you mention in your lawsuit?

CS: This refers in legal terms to bugging devices such as electronic implants, bugging devices made into buttons, placed in clothing and bedding and so on. I am not concerned with phone monitoring, darts fired into my home or bugging devices placed under the bumper of my car. I am only concerned with devices that can and are being used to torture me.

JL: Have you had any medical tests conducted like a cat scan, MRI, x-rays etc. If so, what do the results show?

CS: I have had 5 to 7 CAT scans to date. All the CAT scans showed nothing. I also had an electrical scan which showed electrical noise from my neck area, which would require an implant to produce the electrical noise. I believe the government obtains warrants to alter the CAT scans in the protection of their fabricated investigations against me.

 

JL: Have you or are you willing to take a polygraph test?

CS: I have asked the government to give me polygraphs many times and they refused all offers, so they could continue to frame me as being a drug trafficker.

 

I went and took two polygraphs and one for my helper. I passed both of the polygraphs with flying colors and so did my helper.

I answered all the questions in both polygraphs. I also have ten years of hair on my head which I wear in a pony tail. I have asked the court to test my hair for drugs seeing that the government claims I'm on drugs. The courts have refused to allow the drug test.

I am willing to take a polygraph test and I am willing to take truth drugs or any other test requested.

JL: Which agency or manufacturing corporation do you believe is behind the development and implementation of these sophisticated electronic telemetry systems?

I mean the parts for these high tech weapons must come from various places?

CS: In the government files I had, the NSA was the one who manufactured all the high tech bugging devices for the government. Electronic devices could be made to look like anything. Devices were made into wedding rings, credit cards, earrings, breast implants, false teeth, injectable implants, buttons and every other shape imaginable. No one has the technology to de-engineer these devices other then their companies. You are correct that private corporations did make components but not the finished product.

This may have changed over the years but I have no knowledge of it.

The electronics in these devices were not visible to the naked eye. You can cut the button (electronic bugging device) apart and see only the parts of a button.   

Everyone of interest was monitored usually in drug investigations which were seldom real. 
 

CS: You are correct that there are lots of bad guys out there. They have always been there and they will always be there. As soon as one threat ends another starts.

The problem with allowing the government to bug anyone they wish without warrants and without probable cause is that it will be abused.

This allows the secret government to bug political dissidents, anti war protesters, song writers, artists, singers, actors, newspaper editors and so on.
 

 

The bugging of these people allows the government to bug them and install so called bugging devices in them, or on them, or in places that will be in contact with their bodies. This allows the government to covertly electronically torture and control these people for the goals of the secret government which is not always in the interest of the people.

I don't want America to become Nazi Germany and to insure this requires law and checks and balances. I will not accept a dictatorship to insure my safety from some terrorists.

All of these problems can be addressed in sane and legal ways without denying the American people their Constitutional rights.   

JL: What are your thoughts on the 4th Amendment. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Do you see these implants as a kind of search warrant of the mind, or more of negative reinforcement, an aversive stimulus, or new age high tech correction of some sort?

CS: The United States government usually uses a warrant when they install implants and other kinds of bugging devices. The DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) was formed in 1973 just after Watergate as a covert operation of the CIA. The forming of the DEA was to make investigations and bugging operations like Watergate legal so they could be done under the protection of a warrant in created or fabricated drug investigations. President Nixon formed the DEA so it could use electronic implants and other so called bugging devices in the fabricated war on drugs.

1973 was the first year these electronic implants were widely tested on the American people.
 

The fourth Amendment was designed to protect the American people from government abuses. It was designed to insure that the liberties of the American people were protected and could not be violated using the cover of law.

What went wrong was that the secret government designed the so called bugging devices to also be able to torture and control the targeted people. This allowed the secret government to remotely and electronically remove the targeted political or economic threats using the cover of law in investigations. 

People can't be framed in mass numbers for bank robberies, murders and so on. Everyone can be framed as being involved in drugs. Drugs can be planted in anyone's home or car. People can make conversations about anyone about drugs authorizing the government to obtain warrants. The secret government uses drugs in fabricated and sometimes real investigations to authorize the bugging of targeted people which authorizes their torture and control with the devices.  The targets then suffer with tinnitus, hear voices, suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromylgia, sleep deprivation and so on.  This allows the  secret government to remove all political threats under the cover of law in secret investigations.

 

JL: The kind of torture at Abu Ghraib was a shock to many Americans and people around the globe. Why do you think people find these nightmares so hard to believe, until its staring them right in the face or on the 6 o'clock news?

CS: John, I did not believe that the government files I had were real until the information in them came true. No American would believe these kinds of crimes without first being involved or it first being proven to them. We are raised to believe as we do. It is our duty to defend our government and the American way of life. It is very hard for me to even make some of the accusations that I have made.  I do not release the information willingly but under torture by my government.

JL: Someone said  "Paranoia is not the belief that everybody's out to get you -- they are. Paranoia is the belief that everybody's conspiring to get you."

Do you see a conspiracy that everyone's out to get you, or is it limited to one or two bad apples with a lot of power and a lot of connections?
 

CS: There are a lot of bad guys that want me removed as a threat and it is a lot more then just a handful of people.

I have many friends in the government. There are more good guys then bad guys. The problem is the bad guys are fighting for their lives and the good guys are just doing their jobs.

During the early 1990's some days it took a dozen or more FBI agents to just get me to work. The DEA, State of Arizona and the gangs they ran tried to assassinate me every time they lost another hundred million dollar drug shipment to the good guys. I didn't have anything to do with it other then giving the FBI how these people ran most of the drugs.

The government now days threatens to kill me all the time but no longer try's to openly assassinate me. I am not paranoid of them in any way. They are very paranoid of me.

 

JL: Have you seen the unusual government files on Roswell, etc.?

 

CS: Yes. (Left under photo)

JL: So from what you have gathered, are extra terrestrials out there, that the government knows about, but are not telling us? Is that correct and why do you think that is?

CS: A very small number of the cases were real and this included Roswell where an observation craft was recovered by the government. The craft was not capable of interplanetary travel and the CIA believed that it was from a mother ship. The CIA investigated everything like this and had even investigated what the pharaohs of Egypt had wrote that they saw and Alexander the Great and what he saw.

There have been sightings throughout history and the CIA believed that Earth had been visited by many different species exploring the Universe.

The CIA was going to deny for all time that the crash at Roswell happened. The CIA had returned to the crash site many times as technology improved to search the site for every piece of plastic and metal. This was done to insure that the truth could never become public.

 

 

There were no live aliens from Roswell and the CIA knew that no aliens could survive on Earth. The billions of microbes in our environment would eat them alive and they could only survive inside a spacesuit or electrical shield to protect them.

I read some of the OSS and CIA's files on their research and what they had recovered. They did recover an observation craft from Roswell.

This part of the information would require writing a book on just this subject.

Americans expect NSA to conduct its missions within the law. But given the inherently secret nature of those missions, how can Americans be sure that the Agency does not invade their privacy?

The 4th Amendment of the Constitution demands it... oversight committees within all three branches of the U.S. government ensure it... and NSA employees, as U.S. citizens, have a vested interest in upholding it. Respecting the law is only a part of gaining Americans' trust.

The American people need to know, within the bounds of operational security, what NSA does and why they do it, and how they work within the Intelligence community and the Department of Defense to protect the Nation's freedom.

With each new day, NSA is writing new and unexpected chapters. The missions have never been clearer. The challenges have never been greater. The stakes have never been higher.

JL: What are your thoughts on this?

CS: On the NSA files we had the NSA bug everything worldwide. All books, newspapers, magazines, phone calls, letters and every other kind of collected communications was downloaded into their super computers. This was necessary in some cases to break codes that could be made on the books and other kinds of communications and information.

On the other hand the information was also used to remove corporate threats, political threats, and to make profits for those that they secretly worked for.

This does not mean that everyone at the NSA had knowledge of what was really happening. Most of the people were just doing their jobs. Once the information was collected it could be used for other reasons which were not in the interest of the America People.

JL: Would you be willing to negotiate and settle this out of court, for the sake of peace and to resolve this conflict and if so, what would be the conditions for this settlement?

CS: Yes I would but the conditions would have to be fair and just. I did not want any of this and I did not want to be involved in any of this. Everything was forced upon me by the government. I am not a political person and I would talk against a corrupt Democrat just like I would against a corrupt Republican. None of this is by choice because of some political belief.

The government has framed me as being a drug dealer to justify using torture against me. I have offered the government anything they want to stop the torture. The government has refused and demanded that they can do whatever they want. The government demands that I am a drug dealer and I am not involved in drugs in any way.

JL: So why don't you just walk away? 

CS: I tried to walk away, but I was not allowed to walk away. No threatening witnesses are allowed freedom. The threat is too great to their power.

 

JL: Why do you believe the main stream media has not covered your case, etc.?

CS: I know why. I read all the CIA files on the control of the media and the destruction of radio stations like KCAC here in Phoenix Arizona. I read the files on the take over of magazines, newspapers, TV stations and others. We live under a controlled media. I do work for many newspapers and they have known me for over 25 years. In fact I do all their work. None of them will cover my story and no major media will cover my case.

The people at these newspapers are not bad guys and are my friends. We go out together and we are good friends. They do not decide what will be investigated or printed they just run the newspaper and print the paper.

JL: So you believe that you just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time?

CS: Yes I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. This happened many times in my life but no longer happens and I have no association with anyone involved now days.

Years ago when the government was keeping me under constant surveillance they used me to do work for their corporations and people. They did this because I had to be kept under constant surveillance. During those days my wife secretly worked for them but to my knowledge she is clean now days.

She could not stand the killings and when they killed someone in front of her to threaten her she lost it and changed.

JL: Have you heard of the Bad Samaritan complex, The Genovese Syndrome. Do you think this could also be a motive behind the journalists reluctance to write about your case and other cases like this?

CS: I don't think that the Genovese syndrome is what is happening. I think that the people that control the papers don't want this case published and won't hire investigative reporters that would look for the truth.

An example is that Clinton was attacked every day of his presidency over Paula Jones. The attacks were done by TV, newspapers, magazines, books, radio and so on. There were no witnesses to the crime and no evidence and just the word of one person. Still this made all the news.

When Bush is attacked with tons of evidence and thousands of witnesses, no news will cover the stories.

I see a big difference depending on who you are rather then what the story is.

In the CIA files I had, George H. Bush briefed his people using an example of one of his stories about the Second World War. He was shot down and barely escaped with his life. His crewmen died in the plane. George H. Bush explained that the same story could be told two ways with neither being the truth. First the story could be covered that Bush was shot down in combat and bailed out of the plane. The other version would be that George Bush bailed out of his plane deserting his crewmen to die in the plane.   

The writer of the story can take the same facts and make the person a hero or a coward.  The truth of the story was that George Bush got his plane shot out from under him in combat and did what he was trained to do and bailed out not knowing the fate of his crewmen. He was neither a hero nor a coward but just a pilot doing his job in defense of the United States. 

 

 

JL: For the record,  have you ever felt suicidal? 

CS: Yes I have felt suicidal in the early and mid 1990's when the government would not allow me any sleep and would make me scream in pain all day and all night as they tortured me. The only times that the torture would be turned off was when I was being filmed to show I was not under torture. This was usually when I would go out to the local club.

Since then I have normalized to the torture and the torture is now days done differently then it was back then and there is no chance that I would ever commit suicide. They will have to assassinate me to get rid of me.

JL: Have you documented all this with a clinical psychologist and do you have witnesses who have experienced this electronic abuse?
 

CS: No I have never been to a psychologist and told them my story. I have been to many doctors. I have a great number of witnesses who have witnessed me being tortured.  I also have many witnesses that I had the files in 1977.

JL: What about while conducting this interview. Have you noticed an increase or a decrease in symptoms? Do you keep a chart, or graph to map it out (dates, times, degrees of pain and types of pain, etc.) in order to look for patterns etc. (stimulus and response, cause and effect, etc. etc.)?
 

CS: While conducting this interview the torture has changed. Some day's it was reduced and better than normal and on other day's like today it is much heavier than normal.

I have documented the government torturing me by writing letters to the Attorney General's Office of the United States and the State of Arizona and even the President of the United States. I have emailed thousands of these letters over many years. I have also called the DEA over one thousand times and wrote letters to all sections of the government. The government has only replied a few times in all of these years.

My torture has been documented in detail on a daily basis to the government for all of these years.

Each time I file papers with the Federal Courts the DEA and their allies plant the next shipment of drugs and pretend that they are conducting a drug investigation against me. It appears that they believe that drug dealers can be tortured under the cover of law and that by framing me as being involved in drugs justifies their criminal actions.

 

 

JL: What about seeing a spiritual person, a priest, rabbi, etc.; or large assemblies of people?

CS: No I'm not allowed in churches. If I enter a church I'm Satanically tortured to drive me out. The government needs to show that I am not a believer in god and that I'm evil. In truth I'm very religious. The government cannot allow me to be seen attending church or doing anything like that . The torture totally controls me and my life and I can only do what the government allows me to do. The government cannot make me do things or go places but they can torture me and stop me from doing things and going places.

 JL: When saying "satanically tortured" do you mean that metaphorically and what is your religion by the way?

CS: I am a Christian and I was raised that way. When I use the words Satanically Tortured I'm describing evil and the intent of these monsters to commit evil acts in the torturing of others and me. They are above all laws and operate under the total protection of the law. These people's jobs are to torture and murder political threats and dissidents and they do their job with no compassion or remorse and with total disregard to human rights, civil liberties, the American Constitution and laws .

The electronic implants that the government installed in me are designed to be used to torture and disable political threats until they can be imprisoned or assassinated.

JL: Where do you see your case ending and what are the lessons that the citizens of this country can learn from your experience?

CS: The government cannot allow a jury trial in a case that they cannot win. This means that I will never be allowed a trial in the lawsuits that I have filed. I do not know how things will end.

The government wants to show the people that they cannot win no matter what when they are witnesses to crimes committed by protected high ranking people in the government.

Most Americans are free and have the pursuit of happiness and the rights guaranteed to them in the American Constitution. Those of us who are witnesses or dissidents are tortured, controlled, imprisoned or assassinated. 

What this means is that the elections will be fixed and in time all Americans will lose some of their civil rights and liberties. America will slowly become a more totalitarian society if this is allowed to continue. This cannot be allowed. America is the only country on earth capable of leading the world out of darkness or plunging the world into darkness. America must remain a free and open society. America cannot be seen authorizing torture and violating the Geneva Convention and sanctioning violations of human rights. 

If someone has committed a crime then give them a free and open trial not a military tribunal or hold them indefinitely without a trial. What can be done to one person sets a precedent and later can be done to ever greater numbers of people. If someone is guilty of a crime then what's wrong with allowing them a free and open trial for all to see.

America must be who sets the examples to lead the world. No other country has these capabilities and responsibilities, but I hope others try and do what they can to set an example.
