CS: I read everything and I'm positive she was one of the people in the files being targeted by the government but I do not remember her name from the files. I do remember reading other things that made her a threat. I'm sorry and I would like to remember her name, but I must be truthful in everything I say and I do not remember her name, but I do remember reading about a girl that must have been her. There is just not enough information to jog my memory but I can swear she was in the files without remembering her name. There were many thousands of names in the files and I can't remember most of them.

When I would read the files I was more interested in reading about the bugging of them when they were having sex like Cher Bono or Elizabeth Taylor, Elizabeth Montgomery, Barbara Streisand and so on.

She may not like what I have to say because some of her friends may be them and others she may admire may be her enemy.

You cannot tell the good guys from the bad guys from history. The CIA conducted many covert operations and used their people to control the left as well as the right. An example would be Jane Fonda. She was a very important CIA operative in the CIA files. I was always in love at a distance with Jane Fonda and it was a shock to me.

When I read through these hundreds of thousands of pages of paper I did not know who 90% of the people were. I was not a political person and I was not an investigator. I was just friends with the people doing the investigation and I was just in the wrong place at the wrong time

 

JL: On the Freedom of Information Act FBI files; please see: http://foia.fbi.gov/famous.htm ; there is a long list of people ranging from Elvis Presley to Frank  Sinatra to Cher and so on.   Do you remember seeing any of these people's files on the list above without pages being blacked out etc.?
 

CS: Yes I did read files on many of these people. I don't think you want me to write about all of them. You asked about Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra and Cher. Elvis and Frank were in favor of the Vietnam war and I should not write about their files.

Cher was considered a threat to them and had to be bugged every minute. The government justified this by framing her as being involved in the drug trade and obtained warrants to monitor her. She was completely innocent and they knew it.

The bugging devices were designed to make her sick with what is now called Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. This illness is an auto immune response to the devices used to bug her. I was the one who sent the FBI to investigate the framing of Cher resulting in stopping her suffering. Her torture stopped when the FBI had confirmed what I had briefed them and she is no longer sick and disabled.

She has no chance of ever getting her real FOIA files. They are all fabricated to frame her as being involved in the drug trade. Her files are like mine, all fabricated.

It makes me feel good knowing that I helped stop her torture. She is a kind and good person and should eat the blue pill.

CS: Yes it was in the files I had. I have not read the book Unquiet Grave. I can testify that I did read the files on the break up of the American Indian Movement. I can no longer remember all the details. I have been tortured far too long.

I am also sure I read a file on Buffy and how the government was trying to remove her. I am also sure I read about the government taking her records and this is still being done but nowadays it's done differently with counterfit taps and CD's to deny the artist the credit. I have personally witnessed this in the 1980's.

Different artists are treated differently. If you're a threat you're attacked and if your one of them you're supported and protected. Rock n Roll is controlled to a large degree and if an up and coming artist is threatening they are removed by bugging them with devices which are capable of causing all kinds of different conditions, emotions, dreams or just out right torture.  If that does not work they are assassinated. The deaths are made to look like they are from natural causes, accidents or by people outside the government. In truth this is in many cases directed and controlled by the Secret Government.   

 

JL: Do you recall reading anything about the English pop singing group the Beatles or singer songwriter John Lennon?

What are your thoughts on this article from the British newspaper, the Independent, entitled "The Lennon Files: The FBI and the Beatle"?

CS: Yes I read all the government files on the Beatles. John was the biggest threat to the secret government. We had the plans to discredit John and the plans to assassinate him after they had discredited him with attacks in the media.

These people were white Nazi's and could not stand John being in public with an Oriental girl. We also had the communications with British intelligence. The Vietnam war also had a lot to do with their plans and they needed to win the war and divide the country and plunder the natural resources of South Vietnam.

The secret government blamed Rock n Roll and its protest of the war on the failure of the government to win the war. Public Opinion had to be in favor of the war or they could not win and the natural resources of Vietnam were needed for their corporate empire expansion.

Much of the article happened after I read the files. No one would be able to get John Lennon's real files.

JL:  Why did you file your claim "pro per" and make your allegations in your complaint so wide reaching and in doing so, difficult to believe? 

CS: I filed the lawsuit in Pro Per because my lawyer was not licensed in Arizona except on the Indian Reservations.

The complaint was so wide reaching because I wanted the American people to know the truth about how this secret government runs and directs America and other countries with total disregard to law, freedom, liberty and Justice.

It may be unbelievable but the lawsuit is totally truthful and provable in a trial.

JL:  What would you say to people that question your psychological health and well-being and that some of these allegations are quite incredible?

 

 

CS: I am mentally sane but I am also being tortured by the government which does give me some symptoms of someone that is mentally ill. I was deprived of sleep for five years with almost no sleep and the government is still torturing me all night every night.

The courts always make claims of fantastic, surreal and bazaar in cases claiming electronic implants. To show I was sane and to back up my claims I went to California and I was scanned for microprocessor noise from the implants. The scan was positive and was submitted to the courts. For the past ten years I have proceeded in the Federal courts with the government never denying even one of the charges. The government has never challenged my mental health.

The government procedurally try's to stop the lawsuit but has never answered any of the charges. Each time I have filed with the courts the courts ruled that mind control is surreal, fantastic and bazaar. The problem with this is that I have not pled any kind of mind control in the lawsuits and the courts have just made up mind control in the lawsuits and ruled on what they made up. I do not claim that anyone controls my mind. My only claim is of torture and of violations of my Constitutional rights.

 

JL: So lets clarify this point. You have never claimed that anyone is controlling your mind, with government mental telepathy; just high-tech torture through the electronic implants?

CS: Yes that is correct and all of the court's rulings have been on mind control and there is no mind control in the lawsuits. It allows the rulings to appear to be justified when the courts are just ruling on what they made up and is not in the lawsuits.

JL: Lets shed light on this as well. Has there been any kind of MK Ultra inspired experiments, hypnosis, or mind altering drugs involved?

CS: We had many documents on MK Ultra that the government claimed had been destroyed. That said, the answer to your question is yes. I was gassed during my sleep and taken for days at a time and hypnotized to say or do things the government needed for evidence.

In the government papers I had, the government could make some people say or do anything. Everyone could be made to say or do something, but most people could not be made to kill and do other things against their morals. Some people could be made to do anything including kill anyone the CIA wanted. We had many files on creating murderers out of innocent people.
 

 

The government was never able to make me do anything to my knowledge other then blurt out a conversation that was not true. These conversations were harmless conversations where the truth can easily be proven. I assume I was set up for photo sessions but I do not know for sure.

I have also given the government conversations under torture when I was close to death when the government agreed to stop the torture in exchange for the conversations. This was all documented by the FBI and others and is totally provable in a trial. That is why the government will never allow a trial. 

JL: Are you being backed by any left wing organization?

CS: No and I have personally paid all cost.

JL: Have you seen this short film on psychotronics ( right ) and the experiments by scientists Andre Puharich, Michael Persinger, James Lin, Bill van Bise, Eldon Byrd, Robert Becker, Smirnov, Joseph Sharp, Allen Fry and James Lilly?

CS: This is the first time I have seen it. I don't look up much on the Internet or do any research. The government tortures me too heavily when I look around much. Presently I'm being deprived of all sleep and being kept mostly disabled.

J L.. Just want to ask about your background for a second and how you discovered the classified files in the first place?

Did you actually apply for a job at the CIA or was it more of an informal position?

CS:  No, the CIA never offered me a position, it was the DEA who I knew as a covert operation of the CIA, from the CIA files I had, that offered me any position I wanted.

JL:  How and when did this news reporter, Evelyn Thompson, receive the classified government documents that you mention in your law suit?

CS: Evelyn Thomson received the government documents from a break in from a hotel walk in safe that belonged to Bruce Babbitt who at the time was the Attorney General of Arizona and at the time was running the gang called the Dirty Dozen. He ran the Dirty Dozen for the CIA.

JL: I think most Americans would find that incredible to believe that the CIA could be dealing drugs, but Senator John Kerry acknowledged this has already happened. Have you seen this video NBC News Dateline Report? (Right)

CS: In the CIA, DEA, FBI and other government files I had the government ran most of the drugs in the United States. The billions of dollars in profits funded many covert operations.

The drugs generated the needed crime to authorize the bugging of the American people and new laws and was the governments largest intelligence gathering operation. 

Barbara Walters did a special showing the CIA running billions of dollars worth of drugs. Phillip Jordan of the DEA was busted in Arizona for running a plane load of drugs. The Sheriff's Department was busted at Roosevelt Lake with a plane load of drugs. The Department of Public Safety was busted in Southern Arizona selling millions of dollars of drugs. Gerald Rivera did a special on the sale of Crack Cocaine on the streets of America. Every Crack House investigated ended up being run by the DEA. The amount of evidence is overwhelming and undeniable.

When the evidence is presented to the people the truth is that the government runs or protects most of the drugs

JL: Why were these highly classified government documents in this hotel in Phoenix and not in Washington DC?

CS: George H. Bush had removed all the files from the government under orders of Nelson Rockefeller. The files were shipped to Phoenix for safe keeping during Jimmy Carter's presidency to deny Jimmy Carter and those he would appoint to the different agencies the information.  The intent was to control Jimmy Carter's presidency by covering up the truth.

JL: What was in these documents?

CS: The documents included all the high secrets of the world.  Like where all the atomic bombs and missiles were hidden.  The plans for all the future weapon systems. The plans for all the wars. The plans for the fixing of all the elections.  All the political assassinations.  Plans for all the CIA's covert operations.  Files on everyone they were targeting, all the cover-ups.  Files on all the new technologies.  Files on all the corporations they owned and control and the plans to destroy all the competition.  Files on all the CIA's covert operatives, where all the Soviet weapons were and what their targets were including examples of Soviet launch codes, files and computer models on global warming. The designing of all the diseases and the designing of all the vaccines for all the diseases. Where all the underground facilities were being built world wide including factories, missile storage, supplies and weapons, Plans for terrorist attacks against the United State.  Plans for the building of Star Wars.  We had code books, maps, films, tapes, photos and everything else imaginable. 

 

JL: How and where did you personally first see all these various government files?

CS: Evelyn Thomson got the files in her investigation into the assassination of Don Bolles who was assassinated with a car bomb.

JL: Who is Richard Remender and Evelyn Thompson and when did they come into the picture?

CS: In 1977 I was friends with Richard Remender, an attorney and Evelyn Thomson who was the news girl on a local TV station and her husband who was the Court House reporter for the local Newspaper the Republic and Gazette Newspapers. Evelyn was black and her husband Mel Ford was white.

JL: Is this Evelyn still around?

CS: No Evelyn was then assassinated in a helicopter crash from what I hear.  The last time I saw her, she showed me the people, following her, and said it was the FBI and that they had talked to her. They told her she could not talk about the Don Bolles papers and that it was National Security and they were investigating.

I don't believe that it was the FBI. I believe it was the DEA impersonating the FBI. That was the DEA's job in the files I had. They covered up all the crimes committed by the government. The FBI agents I worked with were honorable and honest and I was supplying them with information on corruption in the FBI and other agencies. The FBI went after the corrupt agents. Bush now controls the FBI and can transfer his people where he wants them and I do not know who is monitoring me now days.
 

On June 2, 1976, a bomb exploded beneath Arizona Republic reporter Don Bolles’ car. Eleven days later, he died. Today, there are still those who believe Bolles’ slaying is something of a mystery. Prosecutors say he was killed because of his stories attacking powerful Valley businessman Kemper Marley. Others think he died because of what he wrote about organized crime. Still others believe he was done in by a combination of the two.

My ex-wife came over and warned me when the corrupt agents in the FBI tired to take over the investigation of me during the early 1990's. They were unable to stop the real investigation. The FBI agents I worked with were normal people like you and me and were totally honorable and honest.

JL: What happened to you after reading these documents?

CS:  After reading these documents the DEA offered me a position as a DEA agent with rapid promotion to the top.

JL: What did you do about this job offer?

CS: I refused, I was offered millions of dollars and any position I wanted to join them. I was told I could name my own price if I wanted.

JL: What happened then?

CS: I became targeted .

 JL: Do you still have these files, or copies of these files?

CS: No the CIA got all the papers returned to them.
 

 

JL:  Did you see any video or audio tapes in these files or was it mostly paper records?

CS: We had photos of most of the people in the papers and we had some films and tapes, maps, overlay plastic for maps and computer models.

JL: Have you heard of the mysterious case of Dr. Frank Olsen and the MK ULTRA experiments in which President Ford met with Olson's wife and two sons at the White House. Ford apologized and told the Olsons that the CIA's experiments were "illegal and unconscionable." Also awarded them $750,000 in damages. Please see video right
 

CS:  President Ford was one of them and I briefed the FBI on Dr. Olsen from the files I had.
